A walk in the park or a glide on the water…

Some things seem impossible… until you actually see them happen.
In this shot: Alexei, right in the middle of ‘De Bocht’, completely in his element. What he’s doing? Pump foiling at a level that’s hard to comprehend. He completes 8 full laps along the shoreline of our lake — each lap more than 2 km. Do the math… completely non-stop, without touching land or falling into the water.

One full hour of pure rhythm, control, and endurance. Where most riders burn out after a few minutes, Alexei just keeps going. Calm, focused, almost effortless. He calls it “a walk in the park” — and honestly, that’s exactly what it looks like.
But behind that apparent ease lies serious technique and conditioning. Pump foiling is a constant balance of timing, power, and flow. Keeping the foil flying without interruption requires continuous movement, precision, and mental focus.
This is exactly what Hazewinkel Windsurfing is all about. From first attempts to pushing your absolute limits — there’s room here for every level on the water.
And Alexei? He’s showing us that limits are often just there to be pushed. 💪🌊
